I get asked that very question a lot, so I thought I would make a blog post about it.  First I must clarify that I am a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, which means I have formal training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I’ve also studied Transformational Coaching at Holistic MBA, now known as The Health Coach Institute.
